Workplace reporting

Scheduled meetings and one-to-one calls across the tenant. Service bots excluded throughout. Microsoft publishes meeting data 30–150 minutes after a meeting ends, and this syncs nightly, so the page is not live and today always looks light.

Schema

Tables and views the dashboard reads

Row counts

Base tables, bots included

Field completeness

A column that exists but is empty is what this harness is here to catch — the dashboard would render dashes and nobody would notice until Domo was built on it

Dimension resolution

Department, title and manager come from the daily snapshot via an as-of join. The question is whether that join resolves, not whether the column exists

Bots

Flagged at ingest, excluded by every view. Shown here to confirm detection is working

Date coverage

A gap is permanent — Microsoft keeps call records 30 days. A missing weekday is the most important thing on this page

How big are the meetings?

Scheduled meetings by headcount. An average hides the tail — this does not.

How many meetings per person?

Internal people, by scheduled meetings attended — 1:1 calls are counted separately and are not in these buckets

Where the time goes

Total attendee time in the meetings each person organized — what their meetings cost everyone else, not hours they personally spent in meetings

Person-hours multiply attendees by duration: a 12-person hour costs twelve, a 2-person hour costs two. To read a bar as actual meeting time, divide by the avg attendees beside it — 262h at avg 4.7 is roughly 56 hours of meetings, not 262. Group meetings only: 1:1 calls are excluded, and so is every meeting the person merely attended rather than called. Their own total time in meetings is on the People tab.

No calendar match means the meeting was never on a calendar: Meet Now, ad-hoc, or a channel meeting started on the spot. No calendar item, so no subject. 1:1 calls are labelled separately.
Same label, less common: the calendar item was deleted after the meeting, or the organizer is outside the tenant so their calendar can't be read. Subjects come from the organizer's calendar, matched on join URL.

Internal participants in scheduled meetings only, matching the tenant camera rate on Overview — 1:1 calls run a higher camera rate and would lift every department above it. Measured joins is the denominator — under about 15 is one or two meetings, not a department habit.
